I’m not sure if it’s possible to secure your facebook profile, but Nick O’Neill of allfacebook.com will at least help you work on damage prevention and control.

In spite of the security features, my basic philosophy is to treat everything I post on the internet as if my worst enemy will comb through it looking for anything incriminating or embarrassing.  Kind of paranoid, I know.
