Ready for a weekend in New Orleans, full of good people, good Bible study, and good homeless ministry?
I hope so, because that weekend is THIS WEEKEND!
It isn’t too late to sign up! Just come to Mid-week worship the Wednesday night and bring your payment ($45). If you can’t make it to church, then just let us know you’re coming so we can hold a spot for you.
We will meet at the church at 1 PM Friday, November 4th, and then hop in the church buses and head to New Orleans. For a full itinerary, head over to this webpage here.
We’ll be staying in dorms rooms, so here’s a packing list for the weekend:
- Clothes. Usually a good idea.
- Bedding. This includes sheets, pillows, etc.
- A towel.
- Shoes for walking. We’ll probably be outside for our mission project Saturday, so plan accordingly.
- Sunday church clothes. We’ll go to an area church Sunday morning, so bring something that is Sunday morning church appropriate (whatever that means nowadays).
