FAITH Outreach

FAITH creates an ongoing culture of evangelism by building disciples. Meet at the Student and College Building, Student Assembly, every Tuesday at 5:30 p.m. See Christopher Goolsby to volunteer.

Way of the Master Outreach

Learn how to share the gospel simply, effectively, biblically . . . the way Jesus did.  Way of the Master meets Sundays at 4 p.m., beginning September 6.

Crestwood

Meet outside the MC cafeteria every Thursday at 2:45 p.m. to ride the shuttle to Crestwood in downtown Jackson where we play with and tutor kids while impressing a positive and Godly influence in their lives.

Clothing/Food Pantry

Join Morrison Heights Baptist Church volunteers at the 201 Morrison Drive location each Tuesday from 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. to distribute food and share the gospel with needy individuals in our area. Contact Mark Sandifer.

Youth Ministry

Engage in the lives of high school seniors through relationships and mentoring. Be part of their day-to-day through Sunday school, worship and prayer. Encourage, love and prepare these seniors for the next few years of life and ministry in college. See Kristen Wilson to volunteer.

Worship Ministry

Use your musical or technical talent to help lead us into God’s presence through worship.  We need worship leaders, special music and lighting/sound crew. See Preston Dabbs or Alletta Joslin to volunteer.

Women’s Ministry/Discipleships

Join us for weekly Bible studies, to mentor or be mentored. See Sarah Benke to sign-up.

International Ministry

You don’t have to travel to a mission field when you have one right here! Connect with international students. Help lead Bible studies and build relationships. Contact Ben VanHorn to volunteer.

Kaleo Contact Volunteers

Outgoing, friendly students are needed here. If you want to encourage others by writing letters, making phone calls and contacting students to get involved, then we have a job for you. Contact Jill Singletary to volunteer.

Kaleo Weekly Volunteers

Want to assist with the organization by greeting individuals, passing out announcements and nametags. If you are an organized person and want to help prepare for our weekly worship events contact Brittany Windall to volunteer.

Kaleo Missions Wall

Want to set-up our missions wall and help man at events? Contact Katherine Mullins to volunteer.

Prayer Ministry

Are you a prayer warrior? We need people to pray before services, to set-up our weekly prayer service and to continually pray for all aspects of the college ministry. To volunteer contact Matt Meece.

Bible Study Assistant

Do you play a portable instrument so that you could help lead music at a Bible study? Are you ready to lead a Bible study? Contact Matthew Howard to volunteer.

Technical Team

Hesed College Choir
